'My Boss's Ears Are Donkey Ears' ('Donkey Ears' for short) is new Sunday variety program. Announcer Jun Hyun Moo, TVXQ's Yunho, comedian Kim Sook, and actor Kim Yong Gun will be working together to look into the lives of celebrity bosses and their employees, to determine if the employees are being provided with healthy working environments.
